What materials do you use?
We believe in creating jewelry that lasts a lifetime. Every piece is crafted in solid 10 or14k yellow or white gold or sterling silver and set with natural diamonds in VS clarity and F–G color. Each stone is hand-selected for its beauty and brilliance.
Where is your jewelry made?
All Idyll Hands jewelry is handmade in Los Angeles by skilled artisans who share our commitment to craftsmanship, precision, and care.
When will my order ship?
Our pieces are made to order so they can be created just for you. Please allow 2–8 weeks for production depending on the style. As soon as your order is ready, we will send you tracking information so you can follow it to your door.
Do you accept returns?
We hope you love your jewelry, but if you need to make a change we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee as our pieces are made to order just for you.
